Empathic Touch Therapies

I cannot say enough good things about Mae. I have high anxiety which causes very tight and sore muscles. She is patient with me and makes sure that my body is nice and relaxed when I leave. She also gives me stretches and tips for in between appointments.

I had one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had at Empathic Touch Therapies. The session was not only incredibly relaxing and effective, but also genuinely educational and uplifting. What stood out most was Mae’s ability to explain how stress, emotions, and daily life can contribute to carrying tension throughout the body. The insights she shared helped me better understand areas of tightness and discomfort that I hadn’t fully connected before. It felt like much more than a massage, it was a holistic experience focused on both physical and emotional well-being. The massage itself was outstanding. Mae was attentive, professional, and clearly skilled at identifying and addressing areas of tension. I left feeling physically lighter, mentally calmer, and with a greater understanding of how my body responds to stress. If you’re looking for more than just a massage and want a truly healing, personalized experience, I highly recommend Empathic Touch Therapies. I will definitely be returning.

I've had many massages over the years, but none quite like the experience with Mae.From the very first session, it was clear she possess a deep, intuitive understanding of the body. Knowing exactly where tension is held, how to release it, and how to work with the body rather than against it. What truly sets Mae apart, though, is her ability to hold a space that feels both safe and deeply healing. She is incredibly attuned not only to physical needs but also to the emotional layers that the body can carry. If you've experienced trauma or simply need someone who truly gets it, Mae offers the kind of compassionate, skilled care that’s rare to find. I can't recommend her highly enough.
